Jimmy Doohan, R.I.P.

Jimmy Doohan was one of my favorite characters on Star Trek. Now, he has died - and Star Trek fans will all miss him.

I think my favorite line of all was from the Trouble With Tribbles", written by David Gerrold, where he said (something like), "I gave them a good home, Captain... I beamed them over to the Klingon's, where they'll be no tribble a'tall."

"Scotty" was often all that made Kirk and Spock palatable... :-) Fun character.
