The First Noel, the Angels did say
Was to certain poor shepherds in fields as they lay
In fields where they lay keeping their sheep
On a cold winter's night that was so deep.
Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel
Born is the King of Israel! They looked up and saw a star
Shining in the East beyond them far
And to the earth it gave great light
And so it continued both day and night.
Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel
Born is the King of Israel! Then let us all with one accord
Sing praises to our heavenly Lord
That hath made Heaven and earth of nought
And with his blood mankind has bought.
Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel
Born is the King of Israel!
Born is the King of Israel... The King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, born on earth, born in a stable.
Has He been born in your heart? Has the Savior who shed His dearest blood on the Cross been given His rightful place as Sovereign of your life?
Let us sing praises to our Creator, our Savior, our dearest Friend, who came to us when we could not come to Him!
Tomorrow is the last day for submissions to the Carnival of Christmas!

Christmas
Hey Sis, I have so appreciated your posts this Christmas season. It is a honor to say "Hey, I know that blogger"
We are off today to spend Christmas with my Mom. I pray that you and your family will have a very blessed Christmas. I figure I will have to ask you how the new camera is cause I sure dont expect it under my tree this year. We will have to play catch up when I get home.

Except for "Silent Night," this one you posted is my aunt's favorite Christmas carol. My aunt, who was also my mother's best friend (The two were sisters-in-law) will turn 90 in January, and she's one sharp cookie, with no mental deterioriation; in fact, she's just now quit driving and has a spotless driving record. She'll be celebrating with us again this Christmas Eve. I'll be sure to play this carol for her on my portable electronic keyboard.
