Oh glorious love of Christ my Lord Divine,
That made Him stoop to save a soul like mine;
Through all my days and then in Heaven above,
My song will silence never, I'll worship him forever,
And praise Him for His glorious love.
("Oh Glorious Love" by the Talley Trio)
I actually think I saw them on Oprah. I was truly amazed by his love for his son. Hooah for sharing & honoring this relationship!

I remember reading a story where the father said that after the first time he took his son running, his son told him that when they ran together, he didn't feel handicapped. And so, his father kept going, to give that gift to his son.
It's true that love knows no limits, anything is possible!

Kat, this one brought the tears start to finish but then I was not just watching this- in a way I was reliving it in my own mind. I also made certain that my child could experience everything she possibly wanted, and it was my blessing to be able to do so. There is no love stronger then that of a parent to child and when we look at how we try to do all we possibly can for our children how can we think our Heavenly Father would do any less? Be Blessed today my sis, as you have blessed me with some very cleansing tears! Love ya.

I love stories of the human spirit and of such love like this. Thank you Kat, tears are streaming down my face and my heart is so full of pride in these two. What marvelous people they are.
