Thanks to taking the time to really read the articles offered for this week's Virginia Blog Carnival, I went back over to Kilo's place, where One Wise Girl has posted a wonderful recipe for Waldorf Astoria Cake... But more importantly, she also found this video of "Mary, Did you Know?"
That your baby boy will one day walk on water?
Did you know
That your baby boy will save our sons and daughters?
Did you know
That your baby boy has come to make you new?
This child that youve delivered
Will soon deliver you
That your baby boy will give sight to a blind man?
Did you know
That your baby boy will calm a storm with his hand?
Did you know
That your baby boy has walked where angels trod?
And when you kiss your little boy
Youve kissed the face of god
The deaf will hear
And the dead will live again
That your baby boy is lord of all creation?
Did you know
That your baby boy will one day rules the nations?
Did you know
That your baby boy is heavens perfect lamb?
This sleeping child youre holding
Is the great I AM
The Jesus you see in most of the shots in the last half of the video is played by Bruce Marchiano, from The Visual Bible: Matthew, which I cannot recommend enough. Mr. Marchiano plays a Jesus of joy and love and laughter and passion...
The delight in his eyes and the grief in his face as he acts out the words and deeds of Christ is riveting, so if you don't have this (and there are other, less expensive editions), I would strongly urge you to get it for your Christmas present to yourself and your family.

Kat, thanks for so much for the link. That is such a moving video. I appreciate the info about the Visual Bible, sounds like something Kilo and I would enjoy.
