Here's the bait...
... of course, I only GOT a wee little minnow. But isn't it amusing to see them twist and turn and fling ad hominem poo? [UPDATE: Oh, excuse me (NOT!) TWO minnows...]
What characterizes a looney, liberal, barking moonbat? Intolerance and a definite lack of humor, most particularly about themselves.
Well, I can satisfy myself that they're working themselves into an ulcer and a life of crippled, mean-spirited hate, twisted in upon themselves.
Me, I think I'm going to go laugh and live life and enjoy my family.
[saunters out of the room... flicking a light ON as she exits]
*snicker*
(Oh, yeah, and meatbrain? You and your idiot friends are still banned.)
"What characterizes a looney, liberal, barking moonbat? Intolerance and a definite lack of humor, most particularly about themselves." C'mon, now..us 'dark siders' can laugh at ourselves. Er, well a few of us. :)

Hon...Ephesians 4. Please, I know it's tempting to stoop to their level, but it's just not Christian. Don't do it, please. Spite is not a fruit of the Spirit.
Trust me, I know how you feel. I'm tangled in an all-out war with three JW's at another site, and the temptation to spit nails is massive. I already caved in once and had to publicly apologize.
Yes, some people do their best to throw themselves on our bad side. This is why being one of Christ's representatives and loving everyone is one of the hardest things we fallen humans can do. Pray for His strength, ask for His mercy, and remember His Grace, my dear Sister. I'll be right there with you, praying for the same. *hug*

I think too long we conservatives have pointed a finger at the looney-tunes liberals, while they've continued to march ahead and take over the college classrooms, the church councils/board of elders, the local city government that keeps out tax paying industry while taxing us for bike paths, and forced squirrely light bulbs with mercury made in China on us. Time to stop laughing and start removing them from power, whether in the community organizations, the churches, or the school administration.

I've scanned through your old posts, looked at Sept 2004 for your bio, and you are definitely someone I want on my links. You go girl. Cats, Christian, Conservative, and some decent books in your column. Wow.

I hope you are well, I know you were under the weather for a few days. I wish you well.

*heh* I leave one room (my office) lit 24X7X365, albeit with a 15-watt flourescent desk lamp (cos I'ma tightwad and no other readon), 2 computers are also always on (I use them to do automated maintenance tasks whenever I'm not using them in person), and our central air fan is on at ALL times, circulating filtered air.
Not to mention the fridge, freezer, and whatever. (I'm going to unplug the entertainment electronics and have to reset some of them? The microwave and coffee maker? I don't think so.)
Eco-nutsos are really thinking these things through, though, but brains the size of a pea don't give 'em much to work with, so they end up with these stupid symbolic acts that accomplish... nothing, in support of even stupider precepts. (No, that's no an ad hominem attack: it's cause and effect.)
@Norma: "squirrely light bulbs with mercury made in China on us" *heh* The mercury was made in China? :-) (English is a fun language.) N.B.--I find flourescents useful in many applications, but I've also stocked up on good old incandescents.
