It does look good.
I generally try to bake a few extra potatoes when I make 'em, just so I can make hash browns later on.
A little sausage, hash browns with salt and fresh-ground black pepper, a couple o' fried eggs with Tabasco, washed down with about a quart of black coffee--now that's a breakfast!
