Oh glorious love of Christ my Lord Divine,
That made Him stoop to save a soul like mine;
Through all my days and then in Heaven above,
My song will silence never, I'll worship him forever,
And praise Him for His glorious love.
("Oh Glorious Love" by the Talley Trio)
I DL'ed this one and considered using it as a desktop wallpaper. I might still do that...but for now I have these cuties up there:

Oh, they're cuuuuute, Denita! LOL
ICHC and Cute Overload are two of my main "II gotta take a break from the looniness of the world" sites. There's always a laugh or an "Awwwwwww!"

I used to visit CO a lot, but I got tired of the over-the-top commenters and PETA-freaks. And there were several times when they used very unChristian themes in a lame effort to create "humor." But ICHC and its sister site, I Haz A Hotdog (goggie humor! :-) ) are a regular read!
You should also check out Zooborns.com, too. They have all sorts of cute critters! :-)

OMGosh, Denita... You read the comments????? O_o Never, never, NEVER.... I'm so bad; I rarely read the comments at friends' blogs, even, because things can get so vitriolic. ICHC is by far my fav - I haven't gotten into I Haz A Hotdog so much, since I'm not really a dog person. CO is usually just "cuuuuuuuuute," but I did note back in the fall that she's a liberal, so I stayed away from anything of hers that wasn't simply fun. Fortunately, she kept her posts fairly focused, so it wasn't a huge problem. And, as I said, I nevernvernvernverNEVER looked at the comments! ;-)

LOL I avoid comments by trying to avoid reading a huge glut of blogs... ;-) Seriously though, I had to pare down my blog reading when it started taking up more of my day than house chores and family time. And so I tend to keep to sites where the comments aren't overly inflammatory--otherwise I'd go all "Rottweiler" on them. I did that once at another friend's site, and got massively chastised by Eric for not being a good ambassador of the Kingdom. Didn't help that it was a Christian site, and I was tangling with a pack of J-Dubs who were trying to proselytize the site owner...
I got tired of the G-D's and the making-fun-of-Christians that started running rampant at Meg's site. I Can't be in that kind of environment or I'd blow up after a while. I'm still learning how to use my powers for good! ;-)
